This full-time, permanent role reports to the Development Manager in our Toronto office.
What You’ll Do
Development
Deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Complete programming of assigned software components for on-time delivery; development projects will include Microsoft Azure, HTML5, SQL, CLR, ASP.NET, Windows Services.
- Participate in development discussions to collaborate on approach, functionality, look and feel.
- Conduct testing on assigned components.
- Maintain technical documentation as required.
Issue Resolution
Demonstrate urgency in ensuring resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues; maintain open communication and provide updates.
- Troubleshoot issues, document findings, and resolution, as required.

Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in software development, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure development.
- Experience in web development using HTML5, TypeScript (or JavaScript), and .NET.
- Experience in database development using SQL Server.
- Experience in mobile application development is an asset.
- Multithreading programming experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in:
- HTML5
- TypeScript or JavaScript
- .NET 4.0 or higher
- .NET Core or .NET 6/7
- SQL Server 2012 or higher
- T-SQL
